Responsibilities:

• Providing support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for international subsidiaries
• Monitoring costs, performing financial data analysis, and identifying variances against the budget
• Preparing financial analyses and management presentations
• Participating in the implementation of Power BI reporting tools and the Microsoft Business Central system across international branches
• Communicating with financial partners (banks, consultants), primarily in English
• Collaborating with the parent company's finance department on updates to plans and financial reports
• Reviewing and analyzing contracts and other documents necessary for business operations in foreign branches, with consideration for financial, legal, and compliance aspects
• Demonstrating flexibility and autonomy in handling business and legal matters specific to individual countries, while taking into account local regulations and operational practices

Who are we looking for:

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• You have 2–3 years of professional experience in finance (e.g. controlling, accounting, or financial analysis)
• You are confident working with numerical data and have strong skills in MS Excel
• You have good communication skills in both Polish and English
• You are well-organized, proactive, and eager to grow within an international environment
